Henrieta Riesco
After 7 years in SW engineering, I’m getting back to my educational background, working as a Training Consultant and delivering training about our products to suport agents.
I’m passionate about people and organizational development. I love driving postmortem projects to improve productivity of the group, creating and facilitating presentations about talent/strengths based career strategies and improving efficiency by managing tasks better. I also have experience as a corporate trainer (maximizing the potential of customer service department employees) and a math teacher.
I’m detail oriented and at the same time able to keep an eye on the broad picture, and capable of learning and applying new technologies. I have a proven ability to get things done (shipped several versions of Office). I’m also a strong customer advocate with exceptional cross group collaboration skills.
I was also actively involved in local Toastmasters club, working on excelling in my public speaking skills and practicing my mentoring abilities.
My goal is to build my career on my talents and guide others to do the same to achieve excellence and success in their lives.
